Barcelona - perfect city, if you want to get lost. The only foreigners on the streets are locals, cause you almost don`t notice them in the huge crowd of people, which are representing almost every country of this planet.
Just take a 10 min long walk in some main areas of the city and you will hear every language and meet every type of people. This is the most multi-cultural place I`ve ever seen in my life. Generally I love multi-cultural environments, but in the case of Barcelona it is as touristic, as touristic it can be. And I hate touristic areas. And I don`t like being considered as a tourist. And the real tourism season hasn`t started yet, but streets are totally full - in some places it is almost impossible to walk during the day. I can`t imagine the summer here, when it`s gonna be smth like +40 degrees and millions of tourists crashing in to each other :D

But it`s not that bad - don`t think that I don`t like Barcelona - it is a nice, charming city, just I didn`t see enough to give my final opinion, but I have a lot of time to discover.

There is one thing I love already - street art in here. I never paid my attention to smth like that before - street artists were just one of their kind... but here u can see such a professionals. I was amazed by music I heard, dances and shows I saw.... paintings, sand castles, theaters... everything i saw today was perfect -the highest quality!
And those people aren`t going to some typical places and asking for a job.... they are passioned by things they do and it is smth, what u can really call ART in my point of wiev :) If I would be a journalist or a movie director, I would make a movie or whole magazine about all/some of them immediatelly.

Columbus pointing to USA

So, as I now have some great contacts in Barcelona, I might return there pretty soon - what about next weekend? It is time to discover more!
