MADE ME THINK

It wasn`t that long time ago, when our parents were young. I am just thinking - they didn`t have cell phones, computers, i-pods...even remote control wasn`t available. I remember myself - standing in front of TV and turning around big button to change channels, cause my father asked me to.

It was so hard to travel - because of financial issues as well as huge documentation and borders - difficult to cross. They could dream about jeans from USA or some parfume from France, but most of them couldn`t even imagine having a real foreign friend... or maybe there were some pen friends, but that`s it.
Yesterday night I had a strange feeling - I was chatting with 2 people from Turkey, one from France, another  from Germany....Other nights I am having some conversations with my friends from Romania, Spain, Portugal... Greece...C`moon - I had a flat-mate from Ecuador, while I was living in Turkey.
So the question is - isn`t it AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING that world has become so small nowadays? We can go ANYWHERE ... any time and there is someone, who will be happy to meet us. It`s the same conversations every time - "come, when you will visit me? when you will return? i miss you! please, come!, you are welcome every time!"
It is so nice to have this feeling, that there is at least one part of human beings, which are united somehow - this is, how we can make love and peace instead of war - by visiting each other, getting to know different cultures, languages, menthalities. It really works - by having a turkish friend, for example, you can not avoid from getting tolerant towards whole Turkey.

I am really proud and happy to be a part of excatly this generation - agree or not, but there is different kind of passion burning inside of us, especially the ones, who are traveling or keeping in touch with other cultures - those people are totally different - so full of positive emotions, hospitality, generousity, familiarity... Always ready to host, meet, help, support, share, explore and love :)
This is real humanity and it has to be like this.
Everybody, everywhere, everytime :)

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

UNITED IN DIVERSITY (just love this)
