No, I really can`t believe. The time here is running so fast. I don`t even have appropriate words, to say, how I feel. Every day is like a dose of miracles for me. I feel that my inspiration and enthusiasm is returning every day - peace by peace, step by step. And I love it
Today I went to GESOGED and asked about details for further action plan. Probably the alacrity will begin next week. And so - the ansver to the most popular question - WHAT I WILL HAVE TO DO HERE? 3 days per week I will work in kindergarden (4 hours) and try to arrange some activities for kids in there. 3 days per week I will have intensive Turkish language courses, 1 day per week I will work in office and help Gamze to write and apply for exchange projects. We will also organise meetings with local students, to give them some information about possibilities to go abroad and participate in Gesoged activities. In addition we will be welcome to participate in activities like belly-dancing, Ebru art, cooking lessons, hand craft and so on.
In all the rest of the time we will try to make some acctivities to learn turkish language as fast as possible, cause we really need it in kindergarden and daily life.
Yesterday I made my saving box, where I`ll try to collect some money for traveling to closer and further places. At the beggining of october we will have on-arrival training in Antaly. Oh, yes - the same city, where tourists pay lots of money to go there. We will live in 5-star hotel and everything is for free. Not too bad for the beggining, I guess :D
During the day we went to shopping moll KIPA. I felt so wonderful there - like back in Europe :D Peace, silence, nobody is shouting and trying to help or sell something. But I wasn`t happy about prices - seems that everything is quite expensive here. But maybe it just seems to be like this. I don`t know, how I`m gonna survive with my 430 lira per month. This will be challenge :D
Of course I will survive :D Meat is incredibly expensive here. Cosmetics and body care stuffs as well. Clothes - smth similar like in Latvia, but they don`t have such a big discounts, which I love too much.
Tonight we went to basketball court again. Also the coordinator of our organisation and her BF joined us. When I was talking with her from Latvia, I tought, that she is very serious and angry, but I failed. Actually she is one of the nicest coordinators, I`ve ever met :D She has been a volunteer in France a few years ago, so she knows a lot about needs and wishes of volunteers. It might be helpful.
Every night this court is full of small and big turks, who are playing ball. It`s a nice place for chilling. Almost nobody speks english there, but they are trying to communicate in every possible way. And that`s enough already.
Now I`m really tired. I miss all my friends, family and clasmates. Where are you? What do you do? Come to visit me here soon :)
